I cannot say enough about how valuable Structural Integration by Virginia Solberg has been for my body and my soul.
Virginia is so intuitive – she knows what I need just by watching me move. I feel like she knits my body back into place with such skill, and I feel so refreshed after a session and for weeks after. I have seeing her for years and she has taught me how to be in tune with my body and listen to what it needs. She has armed me with stretches and how to hold my posture. Our sessions are such a joy – we share mom stories as she works – we laugh and cry. Virginia helps my 59 year-old body be the best that it can be; I owe her more than praise – she is a gifted practitioner.
